Working as a therapist and helping my clients work through their struggles has been a lifelong passion of mine. I have worked with trauma survivors which often leads to an ongoing state of anxiety, depression, and feeling one is in survival mode much of the time. I am personable yet professional and try to help my clients navigate through their challenges in life and find their way. In their own time. I believe my cients know what is best for them in their own lives and just need someone there to listen and help them examine parts of themselves that may be difficult to tap into.
